Nike +
Does anyone use Nike + wristband? It's a fairly neat way of logging your runs and recording how you felt in the little comment box. I'm feeling more connected with the feel of 1st vs. 2nd gear. The lean reminds me of a plank (plank as in the exercise posture). Sorry i can't join those of you running this weekend. See you Monday night.

I used the Nike+ iPod kit for a while, before getting a heart rate monitor with a foot pod that measures distance. It's a great way to stay motivated, knowing how well you're progressing and tracking distance. Just keep your distance and time goals balanced with the form; it's also a great way of tracking your pace...one goal is to keep your pace constant while relaxing more, doing less work.
