Video

It was amazing to see the progress we have all made in just a few short weeks with our body positioning while running. Taking the video of each of us was a great tool to show us our progress and to point out the areas we still need to work on.

  1. One thing I found really useful is the multiple still pictures that were taken of me in the Season Opener Tri. I can do that on the setting where you hit once and it takes multiple shots on my camera.

    The pictures were head on. My legs are weird. They kind of bow IN at the knees and my toes kind of pointed in - I have widen the length between my feet (I had purposely closed the length and I think "over straightened" my toes) and I feel even more stable.

    Pictures are great. Still not entirely sure what to look for thought :)

  2. YES, the videos were EYE opening and watching everyone was very useful.
